It is with a degree of sadness that we must advise you that Causeway will cease operations from 30 September 2024.  For over a year now we have experienced a marked drop in our number of residents and referrals.  Our financial model requires six residents, but for most of this past year we have had three, recently reduced to only two.

We are proud of what has been achieved over almost 30 years of Causeway’s service to the Jersey community.  We started in 1994 when our primary residents were mostly young pregnant women who found it very hard to remain in the family home. More recently, we have housed lone women with young children becoming homeless as a direct result of family break ups. In all cases accommodation at Causeway has provided them space and time to consider their future options.  
Many individuals and organisations have been supportive during these past 30 years, enabling Causeway to achieve so much. We thank you all.
